I believe in a daily OUTDOORS fix. My own experiences as well as a heap of psychological studies have proven that it is key in keeping down stress levels and maintaining our happiness.
On my recent travels I couldn’t believe how affected I was by the OUTDOORS. Sure, I have always liked the OUTDOORS, but this was taken to a new extreme- I was in a constant state of happiness. I felt inspired, motivated, relaxed and appreciative. I was more creative and imaginative than I have been in a long time as well. And surprisingly it was when I was on my own and in the ocean that I became most creative. I adore the water and being amongst nature, but really how couldn’t’ you? You are free to move, think, imagine and just be- I simply don’t understand it when people say they don’t like the OUTDOORS. We are natural beings folks, embrace it!
Here are a few pics from my travels to start you off. Followed by my fav blog pics ( all of course OUTDOORS! )

Why don’t models SMILE on the catwalk? Sure I understand the coat hanger effect blah blah, but wouldn’t it make more sense for people to look happy wearing your pieces not lifeless? Check these girls out and let me know if you think their outfits look better because they’ve accessorised with a SMILE

Working in the corporate world, I get an insight into what trends taking off in city stores. Right now, LEOPARD prints are featuring heavily on my trips to/from work. The LEOPARD print says you’re sexy, daring, quick, playful and most importantly, classy ( probably why it’s been given the ‘office appropriate’ stamp of approval.
Whilst I am a huge fan, seeing the print everyday for the past 2 weeks on every second woman is making me want to go RARR! ( Cue blog post)

Does dressing out best always bring out our best?
Looking at some articles on fashion week, I couldn’t help but have a giggle at the gems Jenna Clarke picked up:
”Don’t you think the designer would want The Australian/Sydney Morning Herald/Vogue reporting on the show?” – VIP Guest. *long pause* “Sorry we’re at capacity.” – Security.
“She’s a big deal, she has like 90,000 followers on Instagram.”
”I’m so not looking forward to turning 20.”
”What does Lara Bingle even do?”
“Oh I think I’ve met you – you sometimes come up in my ‘Suggested Friends’ list on Facebook, right?”
It got me thinking though about the kinds of attitudes/moods we get into when a) we are looking/feeling ravishing and b) are surrouned by people who are also looking/feeling ravishing . If your anything like me or those guys from fashion week, it seems we get our smug hats on and turn into oh sah scenestar bitch lady. It’s easy to understand why, because let’s be honest how satifying is it walking (strutting) down the street oozing confidence, sex and COOLNESS.
These guys have it going onnnn
